After experiencing Thai Airways’ in-flight services and their ground services, I feel that the gap of the service standard between these two is quite big.
Thai Airways should improve their ground service and should provide more training on customer service for their ground agents. 'Smooth As Silk' service is not only offered on board, it should start from the moment when passengers walk into the airport.
